  • Dear Cyclist,
    It’s time again for our Heartland Explorer trip!
    This time round, we will co-organise with Bukit Panjang YEC and travel the west, central and south of the Singapore to visit heritage places at night.

    Details as follow:
    Date: 23-24 June 2012
    Duration: Overnight till 7am next morning
    Destination: East Coast Park Area C
    Minimum aged 12 and above
    Limit to 100 cyclists participation
    There will be 2 starting point:
    For participants who wish to travel longer distance, you can join the flag off at Woodlands Community Club.

    Fee: $10 per pax
    Note: You may wish to join us straight at East Coast Park Area D for stargazing. It is free!
    Woodlands YEC will be organising the annual Lyrids Star Party. Star Party are when groups of people get together under the night sky to observe the celestial wonders. It is also the month where you have a meteor [...]

  • Project IndoKids is an Overseas Service Learning & Youth Expedition Project, specially catered for youths between age 15-35, to allow a meaningful platform for youths to experience the joy of community service.
    Through this program, participants will experience different cultures and learn to appreciate diversity and life.
    Location: In Jakarta’s Sub-Urban district
    Population: There may be a mix of Christians & Muslims
    Accommodation: Simple living conditions (4-5 in a room with a fan)
    Airline: Budget Carrier
    Limited to 18 youths for this expedition.

  • Woodlands CC Youth Executive Committee (YEC) started our Green initiatives since 2008 by promoting Earth Hour through stargazing activities at various parts of Woodlands. Beyond Earth Hour 2012, Woodlands YEC partnering with Northwest CDC and Woodlands GROs will be organising  ‘Earth Day Amazing Race’ to encourage youths to commit to lasting action on climate change.
    There will be  8 stations in this Earth Day Amazing Race. The first 3 teams that complete the race and arrive at the end point will  be awarded [...]

From Woodlands Bus Interchange, take bus service no. 856 and alight at Bus Stop  BEF R.M.N. BARRACKS.

From Seletar Expressway
If you are heading towards the direction of Woodlands, turn left at Exit Woodlands Ave 2. Go straight to Riverside Road and turn right to Admiralty Road, at the first traffic light junction turn left to Admiralty Road West.
