Night cycling is slowly becoming one of the more popular activities to do at night in Singapore. Without the sun blazing down on us and the crazy traffic, cycling at night is safer and not to mention, cooling!

The topic for this year’s policy forum is: “Is the Virtual World as safe as YOUth think?”.
The event will start with a video or skit done by the YEC to give the audience an idea of will be discussed. A floor discussion will take place followed by group discussions. The 1 Star Kayaking Course (http://www.scf.org.sg/Awards/Personal1.html) spans over 2 days. At the end of the course, participants would learn technical skills such as planning a capsize, emptying water from kayak and other skills. Participants would also learn about the basic safety issues of kayaking.
