Astronomy Conference is an annual astronomy outreach programme comprising of many types of activities, a forum and stargazing sessions, starting this year led by the Admiral Garden Astronomy Club (AGASTRO). This year’s programme is aimed at educating the public on Astronomy as well as to spread an appreciation for astronomy amongst the youths and to the astronomy clubs in Singapore.
This event Guest of Honour will be Dr Ng Eng Hen (tentative). Host MP will be Ms Ellen Lee (MP for Woodlands and advisor to Woodlands’ GRO)
It is expected to have over 1000 participants from schools and the public around Singapore for the pre-activities and the conference.
